I was personally walking around suffering from stress without knowing it. Every day, I would unintentionally be triggering what’s known as the ‘fight or flight’ response and, to be honest, was ending up exhausted, unhappy and emotionally drained. Nobody had ever explained to me that the stress button was turned on – I didn’t realise. It was a big lesson for me and then I became aware of how many people are stressed.

Once I learned hypnotherapy and self hypnosis and saw the profound and beneficial effects it offers, I decided I wanted to help as many other people as possible to switch off their stress buttons and to learn to ‘rest’.
